It was ok. The manager had to step in at the end to smooth things over because the worker was lazy, unintelligent, and needs to watch his mouth. Was inquiring about the price and this guy starts making comments under his breath. Sorry you had to use your words dude, maybe it's time to find a job where you don't have to interact with people. Thanks to the manager though, he's the only reason I'm giving 5 stars.

Junior Makoso,I had my first experience at this location late on a Friday afternoon. I have never had a better experience at an oil change place! There were 2 employees, both were obviously stretched thin but were courteous and treated me as if I was their only customer. They gave me a bottle of water because there was a wait. They explained things that they were doing and didn’t push recommendations. They didn’t treat me like I was “a woman that didn’t know anything”. I truly appreciate that. My car is older and they made recommendations and told me when I should get them done. I will be back and have already recommended my husband and daughter as they both go to another lg chain (that starts with a V), and they have both had issues. (Never getting the oil life reset, tires not inflated, bolts removed and not replaced, high cost recommendations that they say are needed right now, etc) We will be going here as long as at least the 2 staff are there ☺️

The filter tool broke and she had to go get another one. The wait was fine because Curtis was so awesome! He was very patient, kind, and even got other things accomplished. Once Kaylie returned, she hustled to get our vehicle complete and even apologized. If you love excellent customer service and great prices, make sure to come here!
