I’ve been to this location twice before this time for oil changes. These guys are quick, lines are short, and customer service is awesome. I was in and out in about the same time it takes to fill up a gas tank. They give good advice and let you know if/when you need to think about other regular maintenance. I knew the price beforehand, but the extras (replaced oil filter, plug gasket) were no extra charge. Other places will charge you for that. So glad these guys opened up near me, I’m never going anywhere else. Today I was helped by Bryion, Jahari, and Daquan.
I had the best experience today @ Take 5 on Gender Rd! Micheal was running the show and his coworkers did great as well! All my professional and great attitudes despite my morning shenanigans ❤️ I will definitely be making that my go-to location! 5 stars ACROSS THE BOARD THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF ME TODAY
Great service! Come in on a hot day full staff not busy and they handed us a water and completed the oil change all working together and it was done within 15 minutes not trying to sell any other services or taking my car apart to see stuff was a big PLUS!! They have gained a customer from Jiffy Lube! And it wasn’t overpriced and had a good coupon
