Oil Change Service NC Highway 210 E

This was a great experience for an oil change. The gentleman in charge took on my information while he chatted cordially with me. He explained my options clearly, gave me the dollar figures for each option, and allowed me to what I wanted without any pressure. In addition one of the things that really sold me on this place was that I could stay in my car while the oil change was done. I'm an amputee and have difficulty getting in and out of the car, so the ability to stay inside was incredibly important. Finally he advised me checkups and free services That would accrue to me if I came back . All in all, it was a good experience and I will go back.

I’ve been to Take 5 several times, but huge shout out to Julie and Bo were absolutely outstanding! They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their positive attitudes and genuine care for their customers made a rough morning so much better! As a Mama of 4 littles, I was also relieved they didn’t mind that state of the interior of my vehicle lol! To top it off, they gave my littles otter-pops while my “3-nager” had a meltdown (no pun intended 😂 #momjoke) which instantly made them her favorite people. Great customer service is hard to find, and Julie and Bo knocked it out of the park. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

Bo, Julie and Chris are god sent amazing people. I just moved here from Hawaii and have had horrible experiences since moving here. Called ahead of time to make sure there was availability and Bo said to come on in there’s always time. Upon arriving Chris was very welcoming and even gave me water! Julie was so great to talk to and we even talked about my home state Colorado which made me feel close to home. This was the best experience after going through hell of a time moving. They never made me feel like a burden. I will definitely be coming back because this by far made my time since moving here. Thank you!

Best place for family friendly service! As we parents of babies and toddlers know, it can be hard to keep the kids content during errand runs. But the guys here at Hampstead’s Take 5 made my car’s oil change enjoyable for my little 1 and 2 year old, even drawing smiley faces on the windows with the window cleaner haha! It was sweet and I’m so thankful for them. They were patient with all of us, explained everything they were doing, and spoke so gently they even put me at ease! Definitely going here for any further services they can provide for my family’s cars, and couldn’t recommend them more to anyone else. You need great service, these are your guys!

EXCELLENT service today from Kaleb Alex and Bo. They saw me quickly, were knowledgeable, kind, respectable towards me and my kids, offering me cold water and fruit snacks for my kids. They never "mansplained" or took advantage of me and provided me a quick oil change at a great price. Def will come back here!
