First time using this facility & was impressed with overall customer experience. Staff was professional & courteous which seems to be a lost art sometimes these days. Use to change my own oil when I was younger, but it's good to know these places are around as an alternative to Auto Dealerships. Most dealerships have a lot of overhead worked into their pricing, so I cringe at their signs showing their hourly rates for services. Yikes! Team oriented crew & quick. A job well done with kudos to the entire service team!
The staff was friendly, professional, and got my oil change done quickly. Everything was explained clearly, I wasn't pressured into unnecessary services, and had me back on the road quickly. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. It's refreshing to find a place that values both quality service and customer care. I'll definitely be back for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a quick and reliable oil change.
I had my first visit at Take 5 in Surf City this weekend. The service was exceptional! Kaleb and Isaac were my technicians and they were fabulous! I initially stopped for an oil change and inspection and learned they do not do inspections; due to their kind demeanor and how professional they both were, I went on with the oil change anyway and am so glad I did. They explained everything thoroughly and checked out my coolant, my air filter and cabin filter and explained the follow up that is offered free of charge with Take 5. Cannot praise their professionalism enough and highly recommend this location!! They also got me out quickly but not to where I felt rushed. These two are a great team!!!
