Johnny and Kaleb helped me out with discovering that my windshield washer fluids pipe broke under the hood which was why it stopped working. I thought initially it ran out of fluids. They reconnected it and didn't charge me since it was a quick and easy fix. An hour before I was at another location where I had my oil and coolant changed. When I called that location they suggested since I had already traveled out of their area to stop in at the next one I see to check why the windshield washer fluid stopped working because they assured me they topped it off. Johnny and Kaleb jumped right in to assess this for me with smiles and kindness. I recommend going here!
First time using this facility & was impressed with overall customer experience. Staff was professional & courteous which seems to be a lost art sometimes these days. Use to change my own oil when I was younger, but it's good to know these places are around as an alternative to Auto Dealerships. Most dealerships have a lot of overhead worked into their pricing, so I cringe at their signs showing their hourly rates for services. Yikes! Team oriented crew & quick. A job well done with kudos to the entire service team!
The staff was friendly, professional, and got my oil change done quickly. Everything was explained clearly, I wasn't pressured into unnecessary services, and had me back on the road quickly. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. It's refreshing to find a place that values both quality service and customer care. I'll definitely be back for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a quick and reliable oil change.
