I had my first visit at Take 5 in Surf City this weekend. The service was exceptional! Kaleb and Isaac were my technicians and they were fabulous! I initially stopped for an oil change and inspection and learned they do not do inspections; due to their kind demeanor and how professional they both were, I went on with the oil change anyway and am so glad I did. They explained everything thoroughly and checked out my coolant, my air filter and cabin filter and explained the follow up that is offered free of charge with Take 5. Cannot praise their professionalism enough and highly recommend this location!! They also got me out quickly but not to where I felt rushed. These two are a great team!!!
Isaac and Julie were absolutely phenomenal regarding their professional attitude and knowledge which ensured my experience at the TAKE 5 HAMPSTEAD NC location went effortlessly! My dog, Tucker and I sat in our GMC while the pair went about their duties with a quick but assured pace! I will definitely be back with all of our vehicles! Please pat them on the back and let them know their extra efforts were seen and appreciated! We also thank you all for the Military Discount! That makes a huge difference on where and who we patronize! We usually tend to go towards small and/or local businesses but if an organization offers a military discount out of respect for the 23 years my husband was in the Marine Corps, we will definitely become a regular! This was a great experience for an oil change. The gentleman in charge took on my information while he chatted cordially with me. He explained my options clearly, gave me the dollar figures for each option, and allowed me to what I wanted without any pressure. In addition one of the things that really sold me on this place was that I could stay in my car while the oil change was done. I'm an amputee and have difficulty getting in and out of the car, so the ability to stay inside was incredibly important. Finally he advised me checkups and free services That would accrue to me if I came back . All in all, it was a good experience and I will go back.
