I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Rocky Mount! From the moment I pulled up, the staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the service being done. What I really appreciated was how convenient the whole process was—I didn’t even have to get out of my car. The team worked efficiently and had me in and out quickly, while still being thorough and attentive. Many customers mention the fast, smooth service and helpful attitude, and I can definitely agree with that. The technicians were knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and didn’t pressure me into anything extra. It’s hard to find a place that combines speed, honesty, and great customer service, but this location does it well. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing a quick and reliable oil change! 😎
Friendly staff. Moved quickly and confidently through their tasks. Stopped when they felt they had info to share. When finished gave me a complete summary of what was done, why it was done and what to keep an eye on between visits.
Courtney and her crew was absolutely amazing and very attentive. She got me in and out within 20 minutes! She seems very, very knowledgeable about all things car related, and super easy to talk to! As a new customer, I would absolutely recommend anyone to go there for an oil change And I will absolutely be back for my next one! Picture of the filter that she took out that I already had and she replaced it with a brand new clean one! The discount and coupons are very good as well!
