This place took me in 5 minutes till close I called and explained that my car needed an emergency oil change because I had drove it WAY TOO LONG without getting the oil changed on my car when I was supposed to… it ended up causing my car to cut off on me a few times before the oil change . Which is why i called saying it was an emergency and I needed one asap I drove my car over there and they took me in exactly how they said they would! They explained everything to me and even offered me a discount because he could see I was having a terrible day. They helped me so much during my visit and they even helped me after the oil change when I had some questions about my car and the stuff it was doing and they were extremely helpful and nice to me. Definitely worth checking this place out if you need an oil change!!!!! Thank yall so much for everything tonight!
Masey Money,Oh wow!!! Where do I start, stopped up the road at Express oil, baaaad attitudes and a 2 hour wait! Went in to 5minute and seriously they had my inspection done, gave me a bottle of water and had me out in about 5 minutes! Will NEVER go anywhere else again. Cassidy, Austin, and Cody Were AMAZING! Even washed my windshield when I asked for new wiper blades (gave me a $15 discount may I add). Thank you for a GREAT experience!
Denise Moose,Awesome Place!!! I couldn’t have asked for better service nor group of guys with actual respect! I got an oil change and an inspection done all while sitting in my car and was still in and out in 15-20 mins. (I can’t remember how long exactly it was that quick). Do look for coupons on their website BEFORE you go though. Sitting in there the system knows it and it won’t come through until you leave the premise. Highly recommend the new one in Mooresville!
