I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 thanks to Cassidy! From the second I pulled into the bay, Cassidy was friendly, professional, and completely on top of her game. She explained everything clearly without pushing unnecessary upsells, worked fast without cutting corners, and kept the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this efficient and genuinely welcoming nowadays. Cassidy is a absolute asset to this team—I’ll definitely be coming back to this location
I had an excellent experience at the Take 5 location in Mooresville! Austin, Brandon, and Rico did an outstanding job taking care of all my car needs, including an oil change, filters, and a coolant issue. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit. They even offered me water and made sure I felt well taken care of. The prices were great compared to other places, and the service was exceptional. I really appreciate how well Austin, Brandon, and Rico took care of me and my vehicle. I highly recommend this location!
Came to take five oil change after having a bad interaction with the manger at Mavis tire and oil. They tried to tell me that they weren’t going to put synthetic oil in my car, which I’ve always used in there. After having that experience, I went right across the street, Wish I would’ve came to take five first to get my oil change ,They treated me with the up most respect, changed my oil and filters on my car. And completely understood that I had just had a bad experience with Mavis tire. This happened on Sunday the 20th. There was three people working and they were absolutely amazing. The young lady that approached me first when I pulled up her name was Cassidy 3477 The other name was Lamont 3145and the third guy‘s name was Cohen 3924. I would definitely recommend this place thank you for all the hard work and patience with me. Seeing that I was already worked up from the previous place. I was just at.
