First time to this location and my experience exceeded expectations. Cassidy and the rest of the crew did a great job on servicing my vehicle. I’m a sales guy so it’s naturally not easy to upsell me on anything that I don’t need. They did a great job making recommendations as just that…a recommendation. I appreciated all the honest transparency and ended up going with the recommendations provided aside from the oil change I came in for initially. This location will be servicing my two vehicles going forward. Great job Cassidy and team!
I had an amazing experience at Take 5 in Mooresville! I received an oil change, air filter change, and coolant change, and the entire process was quick, professional, and stress-free. Cassidy, the manager, was fantastic — very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly (GIVE HER and ALL STAFF A RAISE!!!) The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. They provided great service, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine care. We even laughed about 67 which really added to the ambiance. It’s refreshing to find a place where you feel valued and know your vehicle is in good hands. I’m extremely happy with the service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Take 5 in Mooresville and Cassidy’s team!
Thank you Take 5! Sunday afternoon I decided to get an oil change in the midst of chaos in my life. It was my first time visiting this place located on Williamson Road in Mooresville. As I approached the open garage door, Brady greeted me with a smile. He asked me if I wanted a bottle of water as I waited. Alex then assisted me in determine the best option for my needs. Cassidy proceeded to give me an oil change and check my filters and fluids. She showed me the filter and guided me if I should replace it. There was no pressure and as a matter of fact offered a valid coupon to save me some money. She was outstanding and walked the extra mile to assist me. The team worked well together and I felt welcomed. It was a moment I needed in my day. Their compassion and customer service skills with knowledge should be applauded. I am truly grateful!!
