Exceptional customer service! James & Travis were thorough, fast and courteous. Because of the type of driving I do, long distance highway driving between New York and North Carolina I purchased the $101.99 package and a new Air Filter which was extra. Travis showed me my air filter and there was no question it needed to be replaced. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything additional. I would absolutely recommend TAKE 5 for routine oil changes. And they wash your windshield too! BONUS

Mallory Watts,A wonderful 1st experience and will be my new place for an oil change. I was greeted with a bottle of water and a smile and got me in a.s.a.p. They were completely honest with me that I had an oil leak and recommended a shop to me that wouldn't charge for an inspection. Since I waited 20 minutes (they told me it would be this long) they made sure to atleast check my tire pressure, fill my windshield wiper fluid and make sure I had oil in my engine free of charge since I had to wait. Very friendly and I truly appreciate the honesty especially since so many mechanics try so many scandalous tactics on woman. So in a nutshell. I highly recommend their services!
