The technicians at Take 5 were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They asked us 1st before offering any of their services and then answered all our questions. They took the time to explain every step and even showed us examples, like our current air filter for the engine, which was so dirty, and gave us the recommendation to replace it and what the benefits would be if we chose to and the non benefit would be if we chose to wait. We love being given the information we need to be able to make informed decisions. Because of our great experience with them we would highly recommend Take 5 and we will be using them in for our vehicle.

I use this location for both our vehicles, always good experience. I did feel for the crew, yesterday was an u usually cold and windy day, but all the bay doors, front and back k were open. The bay ceiling heaters were useless. I would think that the Open Door Policy would be determined by the weather. Just curious. But I will be returning to the shop as much as needed.

They couldn't have been more absolutely awesome. They were honest about everything like my air filter and oil being low and very informative.
Brittney Briggs,I have been here several times and every time the mechanics have been very hospitable, offering me a water bottle, being detail oriented and check through everything as they are supposed to, then the manager always comes by with a great personality and checks every time to see if things went well or if there are any questions or concerns. He has a very genuine disposition and instills a lot of confidence that he runs a tight ship. I do not usually write reviews but in the few experiences I have had they did stand out as solid. Will be coming back in the future as long as it stays like this.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Second time took a little while everyone was on lunch break to get oil changed. Even with the wait they bring you water and are very attentive.
