Lots of good things to say about Take 5 Oil Change. I was greeted within 10 seconds of driving up by John who offered me complimentary bottled water while I waited for service. As John and Prince systematically served another customer, I especially enjoyed watching and hearing them check, double check, and confirm each other’s work. Then Jordan and Curtis tended to my car with similar professionalism. Jordan explained to me every step and showing me the indicators of my car’s service needs. I left feeling like my car was in the best shape it could be and like I was a valued customer. I went to Take 5 because I needed to have my car serviced in a pinch. I’ll keep coming back.
The crew at Take 5 Western Blvd was very courteous, respectful and professional. I was very pleased with the entire process. I use this location for both our vehicles, always good experience. I did feel for the crew, yesterday was an u usually cold and windy day, but all the bay doors, front and back k were open. The bay ceiling heaters were useless. I would think that the Open Door Policy would be determined by the weather. Just curious. But I will be returning to the shop as much as needed.
I went right after work around rush hour, the line wasn’t too bad and the service was impeccable. I didn’t even know I had a flat tire until I came in. I got an oil change and I used a military discount found on the website. I was taken care of by Prince and Curtis. Everyone had exemplary customer service. I did not get everyone’s name but overall every worker was very attentive, kind, and fast. I will be returning!!!
