The experience was good. I was met by a nice young gentleman with locs who brought me a water. Then Keith was the one who facilitated the service he was very kind and I enjoyed my service. Although it did take a bit longer than expected I didn't even really mind because he was able to keep me in conversation. I don't know much about cars but he was able to help me figure out what I needed. I got in and out. I thoroughly enjoyed my service! (Oil change and Air filter replacement)
