I’m the guy that always does his own oil changes but I didn’t have time and I had let my light scream at me for two weeks. Enough was enough, I reluctantly decided to have it done at Take 5. When I pulled up I was immediately greeted and handed a bottle of cold water which impressed me. I was directed to a bay and guided in. Chad came to my window and got me all signed in as a new customer and then showed me their tiers of oil changes. He told me how much it was going to cost and then asked me about how much pressure I wanted in my tires and asked if it was ok if he checked my filters. He informed me that my cabin filter was dirty (I didn’t want to spend the money on a filter as well). He even told me about what maintenance should be done on my vehicle. Long story short, these guys are amazing! I would go again 100% Thanks you Chad and the other guys (can’t remember their names) you guys are giving Chic Fil A style service and I couldn’t be happier with my visit!
So I went to have my oil change at this place on Market Street and I must say I will be going back. It's close to home and that's good. Justin was very helpful with explaining what needed to be done. And with his suggestions, I had everything done that I needed. I had an little issue with my back wiper after it was replaced and I went back and they came out instantly as I drove up and fixed it with no problem. Thanks Justin and everyone else. I'll see you in a couple of months.
Everyone there was amazing, especially Keith. He was very knowledgeable about the services I needed which was a refresher for me because I forgot to get something else done the last time I was there a few months ago. We also talked about how we’re both from the same city back home in NJ, all while he helped service my vehicle. This location has an amazing crew alongside Keith and it will be my main place to go for service in the future.
