⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Taysean and Angel! They were both friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. They took the time to provide great customer service and made me feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s always nice to come across employees who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Taysean and Angel are a great representation of the company, and I truly appreciate their excellent service. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
Justin you and your team are awesome! You guys were so nice and caring from the beginning to the end of my service! One of the crew members gave me a water! I had a bad experience a couple months ago from a different car place and when I came to this location you made me feel comfortable! I will continue to come back especially if you guys are here and Justin I hope you see this and know that you rock! Thank you so much for the outstanding service I received this particular day!
I’m the guy that always does his own oil changes but I didn’t have time and I had let my light scream at me for two weeks. Enough was enough, I reluctantly decided to have it done at Take 5. When I pulled up I was immediately greeted and handed a bottle of cold water which impressed me. I was directed to a bay and guided in. Chad came to my window and got me all signed in as a new customer and then showed me their tiers of oil changes. He told me how much it was going to cost and then asked me about how much pressure I wanted in my tires and asked if it was ok if he checked my filters. He informed me that my cabin filter was dirty (I didn’t want to spend the money on a filter as well). He even told me about what maintenance should be done on my vehicle. Long story short, these guys are amazing! I would go again 100% Thanks you Chad and the other guys (can’t remember their names) you guys are giving Chic Fil A style service and I couldn’t be happier with my visit!
