I went back on the following Tuesday to ask if the someone could help me a woman that was very nice come out and tighten my air box and also told me how many years she had been working on cars and her only day off is Sunday. So I change my rating to 5 star and will be bringing my wife's convertible in today. Im a 100% confident that everything she recommends is really needed and will definitely be pulling in her lane . I can tell she takes pride in her work and its not just a job for her. That's hard to find now days
I have been going to this take five for over 18 months since I moved to the area the customer service has always been great. My favorite service tech is Canisha she's always been a smiling face over the months and has always made me feel like a Auntie. She has super customer service skills. I met a new service tech and excuse my French or a lack of his name I'm going to call him Richie or Opey. His knowledge and expertise was top notch . I would recommend for you to visit Cliffdale and Raleigh Rd location.

The technician, Carisa, handled my vehicle with absolute professionalism—she was fast, detailed, and took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Chris and Carisa make an amazing team. Exceptional customer service and top-tier work. I’ll definitely be back.
