I went back on the following Tuesday to ask if the someone could help me a woman that was very nice come out and tighten my air box and also told me how many years she had been working on cars and her only day off is Sunday. So I change my rating to 5 star and will be bringing my wife's convertible in today. Im a 100% confident that everything she recommends is really needed and will definitely be pulling in her lane . I can tell she takes pride in her work and its not just a job for her. That's hard to find now days
Was very impressed with the service at this shop, very customer service oriented. The service techs were all very positive and informative and worked together as a team and all the work is checked over and verified with each other. Very convenient and quick I had my oil changed, intake air filter, cabin air filter and wipers done, I was also informed of service for my differentials needing done since they can look up service records on your vehicle. I look forward to returning in the future!
I have been going to this take five for over 18 months since I moved to the area the customer service has always been great. My favorite service tech is Canisha she's always been a smiling face over the months and has always made me feel like a Auntie. She has super customer service skills. I met a new service tech and excuse my French or a lack of his name I'm going to call him Richie or Opey. His knowledge and expertise was top notch . I would recommend for you to visit Cliffdale and Raleigh Rd location.
