Oil Change in Durham, NC at 3307 Hillsborough Rd.

They greet you with an ice cold bottle of water, direct you into the bay and you stay in your car! By the time we were done entering my info and paying the bill, my oil was changed and my windshield was washed! They also showed me how to reset my dash panel ❤️❤️❤️ Thanks guys!🥳 Well, new visit, new crew, no water bottle. The guy that directed me in was very nice, service was fast (as usual), but I found out that the last time, they did not use the high mileage oil I asked for. So, I got the right oil this time but all my fluids were not topped off (as advertized), I don't like that they now write on your windshield, I'd just washed my car!!!! They cleaned it off but the other guy (appeared to be having a bad day, expressions said he wanted to go home), slapped a ton of bubbles on my windshield!!! And tried to walk away as if he didn't see the glob!!!! I absolutely called him back over to finish what he started!!!

I visited Take 5 as I have been doing for years and for the first time the customer service was horrible.. and it was the nee manager Zuri! I know he was new as he kept saying it. I asked a simple question about military discount and he yells to the staff this will be a negative review. I personally wasn’t upset just showing him what I saw online about the discount. He became upset and walked off for helping me.. the assistant manager came over explained that changes had happened for corporate. Zuri may need some more leadership training as he was putting off a poor example to those following his leadership. Sadly the assistant manager is moving to a new location so I have to travel as Zuri energy will never be part of my experience again. So in theory Zuri was right I did give a bad review but only for him.. he lacks cyst service skills and knowledge of customer experience!

Had a great experience today at this location! Service was excellent and fast. Aniyah was super knowledgeable and helpful. Will absolutely be returning! Way better than any oil change experience have had at their competitors!

Nick and Hunter were friendly and communicative. Nick also reset the oil change in my cars dashboard. Didn’t even know this was a thing Take 5 offered. Went above and beyond. From the greeter to technicians everyone provided great customer service. Oil change was around $100 because I use full synthetic for my car and it’s an older Volkswagen Jetta SE. Highly recommend this location and I’ve been to locations all over North Carolina and Georgia. Oh a Dorian greeter me and was super nice and spreading kindness!

Staff was great. Chey was friendly and Xavier was very welcoming from the time I pulled up til the time I drove off! They also noticed a couple of small things that I needed done to my vehicle and with their recommendations, my car is back to operating like a champ!!
