Thank you to the crew for taking care of me on 9/25. They went above and beyond and it was so appreciated. I was out of town and my car started to smoke. I immediately went to Take 5 just to take a look under the hood because I was due for an oil change. Everyone was so helpful, and they identified my issue, (worn hose)(which was not their specialty) shout out to Edward for the fix and win; provided the oil change and was on the road in 45 min. I would definitely recommend Take 5, they really care about service.
Listen... this was an easy 5 star... However, I love to leave room for growth. Xavier, Robert, Demario, and the team on shift did an amazing job from pulling in to pulling out. I wasn't forced any unnecessary needs. Xavier was honest and made sure all car needs were reviewed and accepted! Even went the extra mile on learning about their top off services. Listen, for a SUV that has a engine that burns oil fast... imma need that service. But truly, once again Take 5 took care of my SUV. And this was a different location this time. So Take 5... good job on training and hiring exceptional shop managers. That is what keeps customers. They set the tone! Thanks everyone!
Take 5 has rare positive culture. I’ve been to a handful of locations so far and each one has been fast, respectful, and dependable. Talked to Xavier for a bit here and was really impressed with the business model and mission they have. I believe Edward and Tracy took care of me. All around awesome service.
