In my experience, car service businesses don’t typically have the best hospitality or the most welcoming atmosphere, but this place is the exception. The staff here are kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. Today, Colin handled my oil change, replaced my cabin air filter, and performed a coolant service. He was very helpful and made the process easy to understand. Great service and an even better team. Based on my experience, it’s clear this Take 5 location has built a strong team. Give them all raises!
WOW! My mechanic doesn’t take appointments and I can’t leave my work truck for the day. I went to Take-5 on Hillsborough Rd instead. What a fabulous experience. I was immediately greeted by a friendly but professional mechanic who asked what I needed (oil change) and he then asked me to pull up. While the manager slid under my truck, the greeter asked “would you like me to check A-E; items which given my mileage would have been completed at my garage. I never got out of my truck and all 5 items were completed using high quality products in less than 10 minutes. The whole experience was outstanding and the pricing less than I’ve ever experienced.
They greet you with an ice cold bottle of water, direct you into the bay and you stay in your car! By the time we were done entering my info and paying the bill, my oil was changed and my windshield was washed! They also showed me how to reset my dash panel ❤️❤️❤️ Thanks guys!🥳 Well, new visit, new crew, no water bottle. The guy that directed me in was very nice, service was fast (as usual), but I found out that the last time, they did not use the high mileage oil I asked for. So, I got the right oil this time but all my fluids were not topped off (as advertized), I don't like that they now write on your windshield, I'd just washed my car!!!! They cleaned it off but the other guy (appeared to be having a bad day, expressions said he wanted to go home), slapped a ton of bubbles on my windshield!!! And tried to walk away as if he didn't see the glob!!!! I absolutely called him back over to finish what he started!!!
