My only complaint about the brand new location dis that it doesn't offer state inspections. The oil change was uneventful, and lacking any high pressure upse ll tactics like I recently experienced at a local conpetitor. the staff were informative of my vehicle's likely needs; air filters, Coolant, etc. Tay/Latavion(unsure of spelling) was an excellent representative of the company, patiently teaching another team member without adding undue time to my car's service. The price was higher than I'd prefer to pay, but hopefully they can become more competitive there as they become more established. I will be returning here for oil changes.
This team is phenomenal. I went in and the oil filter housing unit was having issues coming off as it had previously been too tight. Not only did they work until they could get it off, but they were super friendly and helpful. Most people don’t go the extra mile anymore and it really shows when people do. I don’t bother writing reviews for places most of the time, but man did this crew deserve it. I am so appreciative for all they do and will definitely be returning!
Came to get a very overdue oil change and received amazing service from the team working this morning (didn't catch their names, but it was two ladies and a younger gentleman, all very awesome at what they do from what I observed). They took the time to explain everything step-by-step, were very transparent about what they were working on, and even offered a coupon! I paid a lot less than I originally had thought I would. I highly recommend this location!!!
