This was my first time at Take 5 and was extremely impressed! I called ahead to ask if they were familiar in changing oil for Toyota 4-Runner and technician confidently said yes. I’ve had trouble with other companies cracking the casing which caused oil leaks multiple times. My memory of Technician/mechanic name has slipped my mind but hopefully he remembers this situation after reading and knows how much I appreciated his honesty and professionalism! Definitely recommend this location in Cary!
I had an excellent experience here. Immediately I was greeted by a wonderful young lady who asked if it was my first time at Take 5. After I affirmed that it was indeed, she enthusiastically and genuinely welcomed me to the shop. I pulled into a bay, where a tech politely asked me what I wanted to do. After telling him that I needed an oil change he and his team got to work. The whole process took about 15 minutes. I stayed in my car. The tech tried to sell me on a few things but was honest, telling me what I should almost certainly get done and what could wait. When I told him I wasn’t interested in a few things, he very easily and politely said “no problem”. Yes, it’s more expensive than other shops, but honestly, the older I get, the more I don’t mind paying a little extra for a place that makes me feel welcomed, with employees who genuinely seem happy to be at the company. Everyone at this location was enthusiastic and bright. To me, that’s worth the extra money. I will return.
I’m not a new customer of Take5 but I was for this location and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. My first time seeing an 4 to 1 maybe 2 female to male mechanic crew. Bonus points for the fact everyone looked like me. Especially in Cary. Lol Ijs. I know the area. I went yesterday and the experience was lovely and lively. I left there with a new nickname of Ms Royalty because the ladies loved my purple car seat covers and my rain guard’s give off a purple look from underneath in the sun. The service was top tear AND for it to be hotter than the devils breathe on a Good Friday. They all need a company award or something because you don’t get that kind of working environment to often. Operations Manager on duty that day was Ms. Benton. Had to find her card. Phenomenal job ladies and gent. I will be back even though yall prices are a little high. The crew made it worth it. Thanks agin yall. Miss.BB (My current car) is now Miss. Royalty
