Showed up with a stripped oil filter housing cap, the guy told me if I have a new cap he could get it off and put new one on. I got the new cap and went back and the entire crew pitched in to help get this stupid cap off. After a hot min they did and I couldn’t be more grateful. They were all so nice and helpful. I’ll most def be back! The one guy (idk his name) worked the most on it, and I know he regretted telling me he could do it lol, but he committed and got it done. Thanks again so much!
I had an excellent experience for my first time using Take 5 services ever! Mari and Brady are impressive to say the least. They work very well together and you can tell they have a lot of trust in their team and business. It makes me feel comfortable with having my car worked on and with trusting their expertise. The prices are fair and the customer service is the best I've experienced in my time owning a vehicle. Bravo to them I hope they both get a raise!👀💖
Nothing but good things to say. Soon as I pulled up they handed me a cold water bottle which was perfect because it was blazing out and I was pretty dehydrated. After that they were extremely friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had(even offered some advice on other auto problems). The young man, Tyler, who took my information and got me set up was very professional and helpful. Thanks to everyone on the staff! I will definitely be coming back in about 5k miles!
