***Update: 9/14/2026**** I had another great experience at Take 5 in Burlington, NC! I especially want to recognize Keenan, who serviced my vehicle. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done. It’s always nice to receive great customer service, and Keenan definitely went above and beyond. I really appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude. Take 5 has a great team, and I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend! 🚗🙌 It was an incredibly pleasant and quick visit. The Loe and David was friendly and helpful. They explained details of the oil change and even gave me snacks and goodies for my lil ones in the car while we wait. Thank You!
The team at Take 5 did a great job of meeting my car care needs. David was personable, professional and made sure that all my car care needs were met. He made sure that I was aware of their top off policy for care between visits. He and the others on the team worked quickly and efficiently to get me in and out in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality of their work. Great job!
I have been there several times with my suv ,cars. Don't have to remind them I am a veteran. The team was very organized,polite and fast. From asking me if I would like a water right to the final review of what was done. Only thing I would like when it HOT outside please don't bring me in until ya'll are ready to start on my car! I sat for 10 to 15 minutes in a car not running! Thank GOD for the breeze coming through the shop.
