Amazing service! We took our Dodge Ram 3500 here the other day to get the oil changed (of all things!) and the guys working at this location totally made our day. They were so fun to be around - I never thought I'd go get an oil change and look forward to the next time I get to go back. The price was great because we did have a coupon; spent less than if I had done the work myself. But the real kicker was the excellent service; as soon as we pulled up, we were immediately acknowledged even though we were like 3rd in line. It's huge in this economy just to be acknowledged at a place of business - the gentleman offered us waters and told us we'd be seen just as quick as possible. It didn't take long and our service was underway, and during the oil change we got into the best convo w/these guys about their time of service in the Army and how long they've been here in NC and the merits of a good ol' Cummins. The comradery and bantering back and forth was so refreshing to listen to and laugh with. I HIGHLY recommend this place. We will be going there for all our oil changes going forward. Kudos to you guys at this location!! Thank you for brightening our day! :o)
Take 5 is the only place I go for my oil changes, and I’ve been going there for years now! Every time I go, the staff is professional, friendly, and gets the job done in a timely manner. They are always very nice to their customers and make you feel welcome. After all these years, I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem with their service. I trust them with my vehicle, and to me, the service is definitely worth the price. I really appreciate having a place I can consistently count on. I recommend Take 5 to everyone! If you’re looking for fast, professional, friendly, and reliable service, this is the place to go. 🙌🏽
I visited the location on Huffman Mill in Burlington, NC. Great experience!! When I advised Keenan, my technician, that it was my first time using Take 5 Oil Change he took his time explaining everything. Loe, worked on my auto with Keenan. They were both very friendly yet professional. 5 Star customer service!! The price was more than I expected but Loe was able to assist with a discount. My first but definitely not the last visit to Take 5. Thanks.
