Oil Change in Depew, NY at 4885 Transit Rd

This is the best place I've ever gone to for an oil change. It literally took exactly 11 minutes. I got to stay in my car, which I appreciated because they didn't have to move my seat or touch everything with dirty hands. They give you a water bottle. Make sure you enter the garage from the back, not the front!! Cool people and they never try to upsell you. So as a woman I recommend this place, other women will know exactly what I mean. Plus they top off your oil and some other things if you go back like 200 miles before you're due for your next oil change. Give them your email because they always send out coupons. I go to the one on Transit in between William and French in Depew. Good place to go, thanks!! 🙏

3 times the charm! Fantastic service again this time from Derrick,Angel and Daniel, heading to Myrtle Beach with no worries because of your quick service and throughal inspection. Kudos to your manager for hiring such competent,friendly,knowledgeable technicians ! Because of the great service I received with the first review, I visited again and this time got the same incredible service from two different employees; Johnny and Dominic, can't say enough about quality, efficient, fast and friendly service.Even with my new vehicle they made me feel like an old friend. Kudos gentlemen you gained this customer for life and I will go nowhere else now !!!! Excellent fast, efficient service. Gabe the Mgr. was friendly, he explained everything as it was being done, as well as showing me all my car fluids as safe. Ty the tech on duty gave good recommendations. Price was cheaper than competitors and they have online coupons. Like that they also give rideshare drivers a discount. Thanks Gabe and Ty for the outstanding service you definitely gained a customer and a bunch of recommendations to family and co-workers !

Had low tire pressure so I stopped in for an oil change and air. Everything was typical, but I had to keep reminding the tech that the pressure was 38 psi in the front and 36 in the rear (which is unusual). He didn’t believe me and looked at the manufacturer’s tag on the driver’s door. Still needed to make it clear that the front was 38. Once the tire pressure reading updated, they were at 37 psi for the front. And 36 for the rear. The most negative comment i have was that the mileage was updated to have the oil changed again in 3,000 miles. I use synthetic as recommended by the manufacturer who indicates oil should be changed 7500 - 10000 miles depending on driving conditions. All oil change joints appear to do this. It requires me to write over their 3000 mile with the correct mileage.

0 wait, super friendly and nice employees that explained everything (Dom and Allen I think). Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn't need. My coolant was completely empty, thank god they check all that stuff as part of the service! They even showed me how it was still boiling after flushing it! 🤣 100/10! Only place I'll go for my oil changes.
