Oil Change in Springfield, MO at 2816 N Kansas Expressway

I LOVE the staff at this location. I once went to the one on Glenstone and they were nice too, but the Kansas Expressway location is easily my go-to. I believe the last time I was there, I talked to Travis and Justin (as what my notes say, I may have forgotten about doing this review.) The staff are sososososososo nice, even make conversation that had me laughing. They're quick, and always make sure you feel involved in the process and know whats going on. Prices are a little up there for an oil change, but with all the extra services they do and how kind they are, I am willing to pay that price. I also love how IF there is a wait, it isn't long - but I've never had a wait. Can't recommend these guys enough. Give 'em all a raise!

I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'S I recently found out my car needed oil and an oil change, so I called Take 5 to get a price quote. They were very helpful over the phone, and after deciding it was my best option, I headed their way. When I arrived, the staff immediately asked if I was the one who called, and to my surprise, they offered me a bottle of water and even gave my little one a pack of gummies. I was pretty stressed out, and that small gesture meant a lot. The whole team was fast, thorough, and communicated well throughout the process. The service was excellent, and I really appreciated how they went the extra mile to make the experience better. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend them to anyone needing service. 4/25/26 Still great service and they always try to give the best deals that have available I'll keep going back.

Mike and Britten at the N Kansas Expwy location were absolutely phenomenal. Because of them I will NEVER be going anywhere else to have my oil changed. I have a Subaru STI that is my baby, and they took care of everything with it and were so kind and customer service was outstanding. They were also extremely efficient. I ended up also bringing my wife’s mini van for an oil change too that morning because of how amazing it was.

This branch of Take 5 is so fantastic! I've been five times now, and have felt so much confidence and trust in the work they were doing on my car. I feel like the people who work here really take pride in the work they do! Thank you, especially, to Lynn on my second time going here. I felt like I got a free therapy session, too! I needed to vent, and she heard me. Edited to add: and thank you to Lynn's teammates, letting her take that time to hear me. You all are rock stars as far as I'm concerned!! Also, everyone here is awesome. You know they have integrity when you pull in and hear Dropkick Murphy's, Rancid, & Rise Against playing.

Long overdue review. Have been using them for a while now and the consistency is the standout — same quality every visit, same professionalism, same fair pricing. That kind of dependability is rare. They've earned their reputation in the area and I always recommend them when someone asks.
