Excellent customer service and excellent management. I had my oil changed in Oklahoma and they messed up royally these guys stepped up and helped me out of a terrible situation and I was able to make it back to Pennsylvania. They stepped up and fixed my situation despite being someone else’s mistake. The manager heard about what happened and they worked their magic. Thank you guys so much! I will recommend them to everybody!
This branch of Take 5 is so fantastic! I've been five times now, and have felt so much confidence and trust in the work they were doing on my car. I feel like the people who work here really take pride in the work they do! Thank you, especially, to Lynn on my second time going here. I felt like I got a free therapy session, too! I needed to vent, and she heard me. Edited to add: and giant thank you to Mike and Britten for always taking care of my vehicles right!! You all are rock stars as far as I'm concerned!! Also, everyone here is awesome. I do miss hearing Dropkick Murphy's, Rancid, & Rise Against playing when I pull in for service; you know the employees have integrity when they listen to punk rock.
This was my first experience with Take 5 oil change. It felt like a whole pit crew was working for me. I had cabin and engine air filters checked and replaced, coolant flushed and filled, oil chaned. The folks there were friendly, professional and informative and even offered a complimentary bottle of water for my wife and I while we waited for them to finish up. They also advertise 25% military discount as well as offer 15% LE discount at the time of this review. I'll certainly be using them again. Thanks Thomas and crew on N Kansas Expy, you guys are awesome!!
