Stopped by Take 5 on North Kansas Expressway this morning for an oil change. Britten and Mike did an outstanding job! Both were extremely friendly, professional, and got me in and out in no time. They made sure everything was taken care of and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend checking online for coupons before stopping by, as they usually have some great discounts available. Overall, great experience! It’s always nice to come across employees who take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Appreciate the great service, guys! Keep up the good work!
I literally had the best time visiting with Mac and experiencing the great service at this location on N. Kansas Expressway in Springfield, Missouri. I love that my oil change is quick, especially at rush-hour. I felt assured that they knew all about my vehicle and what fluids it took and gave me great information on what to watch for in the future. I will be back!
I LOVE take5. Not only do they check out everything but they explain AND show you. It is SO much better than dropping your car off at a dealership for the entire day, then having them call you to tell you a bunch of stuff wrong with your vehicle. I always get the best service here and the staff truly went above and beyond for me. They even found an oil leak I’ve been trying to get diagnosed for over a year and a half-found it instantly!
