I'm going to take five to tell you of my experiences at Take 5. Every visite has been great. The employees are always on top of every detail echoing to each other out loud what has been done and the next step. It's also nice for me to hear what steps they are taking and reassures for me it's all being taken care of. A courtesy bottle of water is also a nice touch while I wait. So, please take five to let all know how well the employees do.
I am from Michigan and used Take 5 up there and was so glad to see that they were hear too. The Independence staff was absolutely amazing even though it was 108 fell like temperature, I was having problems getting an oil filter for the vehicle, before I realized that Take 5 was in Missouri. I got there, the 2 gentleman on staff researched, cross referenced and found the proper one, even at the latest hour on July 3rd. This is the kind of stuff that Take 5 does for their customers and why I will not use other places. They are always friendly, fast and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. I hope they bring the car wash service to this location because the provide awesome service with that as well. Check them out!!
First time I went there , I had a backup. Said I could get in and about thirty forty five minutes. I went to get my boy something , and i'm gonna go back, a car had pulled in front of me and one in the stall. So I said just forget it , I didn't want to wait again. I did go back the next morning, right in, given two bottles of cold water. Even offered my kids one. Nice and polite.
