I had a great experience getting my oil changed here! Both the lady and the gentleman who helped me were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I really appreciate the honesty and customer service. It’s refreshing to find a place that focuses on helping customers rather than trying to sell them things they don’t need. If you have something specific you want checked on your vehicle, just ask them! They were more than willing to help me with my concerns. Instead of jumping online to complain, communicate with the people who are actually there to help you. Thank you both for the excellent service. I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and care. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future maintenance!
I'm going to take five to tell you of my experiences at Take 5. Every visite has been great. The employees are always on top of every detail echoing to each other out loud what has been done and the next step. It's also nice for me to hear what steps they are taking and reassures for me it's all being taken care of. A courtesy bottle of water is also a nice touch while I wait. So, please take five to let all know how well the employees do.
The team was very professional and really nice. Glad to see more employees at this location. Very respectful & they were not pushy. No one had been able to get the cabin filter out in previous visits but the big manager she was able to get it replaced. Much better location now than in the past.
