The Starkville, MS Take 5 is run very well, and those who work there are knowledgeable and helpful. Gayland, who helped me and answered my questions during a recent servicing of my vehicle, is especially helpful, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. There is no hard upselling, just recommendations and a timeline by which those recommendations should be implemented. I appreciate Gayland and the team there, and highly recommend them.
Everyone in this Starkville, Mississippi shop very professional did not keep me waiting. Offered me a bottle of water. Great teamwork, the young Lady named Destiny is a great worker and great person friendly and I could see her as a store manager or better in her future
I had an amazing experience at Take 5! Mark was absolutely awesome. As a 22-year-old girl who doesn’t know much about cars, I can honestly say he made me feel comfortable and informed the entire time. He explained everything clearly, called out each step as they were doing it, and made sure I understood what was being done to my car without making me feel clueless or pressured. I really appreciated how transparent and professional the whole team was. The service was quick, friendly, and stress-free. If you’re looking for an oil change and want people who actually take the time to explain things, I highly recommend asking for Mark. Thank you again for such a great experience! 😊🚗✨
