I had an amazing experience at Take 5! Mark was absolutely awesome. As a 22-year-old girl who doesn’t know much about cars, I can honestly say he made me feel comfortable and informed the entire time. He explained everything clearly, called out each step as they were doing it, and made sure I understood what was being done to my car without making me feel clueless or pressured. I really appreciated how transparent and professional the whole team was. The service was quick, friendly, and stress-free. If you’re looking for an oil change and want people who actually take the time to explain things, I highly recommend asking for Mark. Thank you again for such a great experience! 😊🚗✨
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience! Luke and Matt were very friendly, professional, and got my oil change done quickly. They explained everything clearly without trying to pressure me into extra services. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change and would recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable service. They also have a student discount if you go to MSU so that’s a plus.
The Starkville location did an excellent job. I came here because I was getting new tires at Gateway and tried to get my oil changed at the same time. Gateway said they couldn’t get the filter off and to go back to whoever did it last. Take 5 in Tupelo changed it last so came to the Starkville location and they got the filter off easily and immediately. They were fast and friendly. Great job by all 3 folks, Al, Gayland, and Dastiny.
