Had an awesome experience at Take 5. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. There was no pressure to purchase additional services or unnecessary upselling. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and gave me detailed information throughout the service. SUPER impressed with their safety-check system. The team consistently double-checks each other’s work and does a final run-through before you leave to make sure they’ve covered all their bases. It made the entire process feel very thorough and organized. As a shortie who isn’t particularly knowledgeable about cars, I also really appreciated how comfortable they made the experience. I never felt intimidated by a bunch of confusing car talk or like my lack of automotive knowledge was being taken advantage of. Everything was explained clearly, in simple terms and respectfully. Another HUGEEEEEE plus is their free top-off service between oil changes. You can come back before your next oil change is due and have your fluids topped off and tire pressure checked, which is such a convenient service. My first time using Take 5 Oil Change Services. They were very communicative of what was being done. I waited less than 5 minutes and he apologized for the wait. He also brought me an ice cold water which was a surprise as no where else offers that. There was no pressure to purchase things that are not needed. Topped off all fluids and checked tires. Told him I was going away this weekend and he said we will make sure your good. The coupons are very helpful, especially the way times are now. I will definitely be going back again.
