Oil Change in Sulphur, LA at 277 S Cities Service Hwy.

This is my second time here and I came the second time because of the first. Went there first time with company vehicle and the amount of professionalism from everyone involved amazed me and immediately trusted them todo my personal vehicle. Offered me water when I pulled up, guided me on what they were doing the whole way. Showed me my air filter and didnt try to upsale me when it was just a little dirty. Was very informative of the oil and was correct with that info as well. It was younger guys but it was great to see the hustle and honesty from them. No complaints and will come again. They only have one bay going so if you see a line of cars expect a wait but I came in right behind them starting someone and about 45 min later they had done the car before me and done mine and I was driving away.

I would like to thank the Technician at Take 5. He was very knowledgable about the oil that I had in my Truck letting me know I paid for the top of the line oil when I went previously came I got and oil change. He showed me my oil level and that the oil was clean. Also I had 5,000 thousand miles before my next oil change. I thought I had to get it every 3 months at least when I was working out of town that why I was there so early. Thank you again for you r service and the knowledge you gave me.

She was extremely informative, explained everything clearly, and stayed on top of every detail throughout the visit. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely personable, but Polly made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The team worked efficiently, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary services. Excellent customer service like this is why I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
