I would like to thank the Technician at Take 5. He was very knowledgable about the oil that I had in my Truck letting me know I paid for the top of the line oil when I went previously came I got and oil change. He showed me my oil level and that the oil was clean. Also I had 5,000 thousand miles before my next oil change. I thought I had to get it every 3 months at least when I was working out of town that why I was there so early. Thank you again for you r service and the knowledge you gave me.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The service was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. Polly, the manager, was especially outstanding. She was extremely informative, explained everything clearly, and stayed on top of every detail throughout the visit. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely personable, but Polly made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The team worked efficiently, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary services. Excellent customer service like this is why I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
An all female crew that rocked it! I had my oil changed for the 1st time at the Sulphur location & was pleasantly surprised to see an all female crew working that day. They were very thorough & you could tell they were following Take 5 guidelines to a T. I was in & out in no time.
