For the past two years, I've been a satisfied customer at this location and have consistently received reliable service. However, during my visit yesterday, I encountered a significant issue that requires attention. While checking in for an oil change, the service advisor assisting me began processing the service for a **2019 Ford Expedition** instead of my actual vehicle, a **2020 Ford Expedition**. When I respectfully clarified the discrepancy and noted that my correct vehicle details exist in your system, the advisor became visibly upset. Rather than resolving the error, she declined to provide the service altogether. This experience was deeply disappointing I urge management to: - Reinforce training on **vehicle verification protocols**. - Emphasize **patient, solution-oriented customer interactions**. - Remind staff that courteous customer feedback is essential for quality service
I went to the location at 2124 Clearview and the assistant manager Adam was my service tech. He had been my tech the last time i brought my car and he provided the same top notch service. Explained everything that was being done and was efficient and personable at the same time. Not everyone can do that, but I heard Adam with another customer and he did the same thing: acts as though you are the only customer he has and he'll go over everything carefully and answer any questions, taking all the time you need. He is a great advertisement for this company. I also met the shop manager Dee and she was every bit as personable as Adam. She was also doing the exact same tasks as everyone else and I really respect that in a manager. I've always chosen these guys even when i could have gotten free oil changes. They're that good and I trust them.
Alex and Dee were fantastic! Dee Was obviously the manager because she was constantly checking on everyone and kept things moving. Alex, Took care of my vehicle and did not miss a thing. They were both friendly and accommodating and knew what they were doing. This has been my oil change place for a while now. I would highly recommend The Clearview location. They did excellent work. Thanks, Dee and Alex for a great experience!
