I went to the location at 2124 Clearview and the assistant manager Adam was my service tech. He had been my tech the last time i brought my car and he provided the same top notch service. Explained everything that was being done and was efficient and personable at the same time. Not everyone can do that, but I heard Adam with another customer and he did the same thing: acts as though you are the only customer he has and he'll go over everything carefully and answer any questions, taking all the time you need. He is a great advertisement for this company. I also met the shop manager Dee and she was every bit as personable as Adam. She was also doing the exact same tasks as everyone else and I really respect that in a manager. I've always chosen these guys even when i could have gotten free oil changes. They're that good and I trust them.
Alex and Dee were fantastic! Dee Was obviously the manager because she was constantly checking on everyone and kept things moving. Alex, Took care of my vehicle and did not miss a thing. They were both friendly and accommodating and knew what they were doing. This has been my oil change place for a while now. I would highly recommend The Clearview location. They did excellent work. Thanks, Dee and Alex for a great experience!
I recently had my oil change done in the location at Clearview Pkwy and Napoleon (Metairie, LA). I noticed a leak for a few days. Went back and Robert checked it and showed me pics of the previous work. We went further and decided to check the drain plug (plastic). He replaced it and the leak was gone. It really make a difference when the technician makes an effort to do the best he/she can. Kudos!
