Always a great experience. They were very busy but I decided to wait. Great customer service letting me know what was going on and letting me know they would be getting to me very soon. When they got to me everything was expertly done. I love the safety check, second person going into pit to double check everything. I will be back. đź‘Ť I also got the rear differential oil changed. Fast service, but not too fast that you feel they missed something. A second safety check was done for the differential plugs. đź‘Ť
Robert and Dee made my experience top notch. I was one of their first customers but it was already starting off as a hot day in Metairie. I was immediately offered water and then guided in. From that point on everything was fast. I like that my entire car history is interfaced with Take 5. I had my coupons ready to use which I like. Robert and Dee worked really well together and interacted with myself and the other customer in the other bay. Great Job!!
I have had the oil regularly changed in my 2015 Honda CR-V at the Take 5 Oil Change location at the intersection of Clearview and West Napoleon Avenues. I have also had my CR-V’s air filters, coolant and wipers replaced there as well. The technicians have always been friendly yet professional and they complete the vehicle service as quickly as possible. I plan to continue using their services and recommend that others do the same as well. Don’t forget to honk as you drive away if you liked the service
