After having been a long time customer, it hit me that I often forget to leave online reviews even though I never receive anything less than great service at every visit. But my most recent visit definitely deserves a review, which was Friday May 29th at around 7pm local time. I visited the Ambassador Caffery location here in Lafayette Louisiana. The two young men who took care of me went above and beyond!! They were truly the BEST!! Mr. Dameon and Mr Kaidon need to be not only recognized and commended, they deserve a raise!! If I were a business owner, these young men would absolutely be the type of folks I would pray to have representing my company!! Just amazing service from start to finish!!! I've been a loyal customer for 13 years now but after yesterday, Im never going anywhere else!! Hats off Mr dameon and Mr kaidon!! I sincerely appreciate you!!!
Robbi Schooley,I was surprised at how long it took them to get to my car. They also failed to clear my mileage exceeded on my car. I guess I’ll have to go back to the location so they can adjust the light and mileage past the time to get an oil change. They are supposed to do this every oil change.

I am very pleased my being a customer at Take 5 on Ambassador Caffrey and I’d recommend them to anyone!!! Older Review: The manager was really welcoming and helpful. I was his first customer and he was very polite. I’m not a morning person so I would’ve probably been groggy but not him he was pleasant and got the job done quickly.
Samantha Judge,I seen so many negative reviews about this place and all I have to say is try them out for yourselves. My experience was delightful. They were short staffed and did not anticipate being busy on a Monday; however, I did wait but it wasn’t a problem for me. If they were equipped or even slower the actual maintanence service is quick, and they are incredibly friendly. I recommend finding coupons online, Take5 is a bit pricey.
