I showed up a little early before they opened (7:55am). Aidan (I’m pretty sure that was his name) pulled me in and got started right away on my oil change. I was so impressed that I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. I have been there right when they opened before and I was the second person in line and it still took over an hour and a half to get my oil changed. I am not sure if they are under new management or what but I was very very impressed with the prompt service I received!!
There's something special that comes from kind interactions and the people God places in our path. I had my oil changed today, and the service was fast and easy—I didn't even have to get out of my car. While the price was a little higher than expected, they went above and beyond by working with me on a deal without me even asking because they saw the need. Everyone was polite, friendly, and genuinely kind, and I truly appreciated the positive experience. I love that. A special shout-out to Manager Jessica. I'm not a feminist, but it is inspiring to see a woman leading the way in a traditionally male-dominated industry—taking care of business while keeping humanity at the forefront. Thank you, Jessica, and the entire staff. I truly appreciate all of you for helping make my day a little brighter through your kindness and excellent customer service. God bless!
After having been a long time customer, it hit me that I often forget to leave online reviews even though I never receive anything less than great service at every visit. But my most recent visit definitely deserves a review, which was Friday May 29th at around 7pm local time. I visited the Ambassador Caffery location here in Lafayette Louisiana. The two young men who took care of me went above and beyond!! They were truly the BEST!! Mr. Dameon and Mr Kaidon need to be not only recognized and commended, they deserve a raise!! If I were a business owner, these young men would absolutely be the type of folks I would pray to have representing my company!! Just amazing service from start to finish!!! I've been a loyal customer for 13 years now but after yesterday, Im never going anywhere else!! Hats off Mr dameon and Mr kaidon!! I sincerely appreciate you!!!
