This is the first time when I’ve gone to Take 5 and actually had an experience that didn’t leave me questioning things. Cody was the main person walking me through everything. He explained everything thoroughly, fixed my glove compartment that another Take 5 messed up, informed me about the 3,000 mile top off that has never been brought to my attention before at other Take 5 locations, and didn’t pressure me into buying anything extra (even if I needed it done). All of the other crew members were also kind and helpful as well. I will only be coming to this Take 5 from now on.
Krys Hebert,UPDATE: On May 3, 2026, around 9am. Gabriel ( beautiful eyes) and the other Grason employee( i think) ( I completely forgot the other guy name, sorry 😞 ) they both were very attentive. They explained in detail everything they were doing. They did my cabin air filter changed my windshield wipers, and my air filter. I could have gotten it cheaper and did it myself but i loved thier service . It was worth it for the smiles. They accepted my 25.00 off coupon als❤️. They gave me a free bottle of water and wished me a great day😀👑❤️🎉. I was in and out under 25 mins

As always, I was greeted in a friendly manner and offered a cold bottle of water. I appreciate the fact that I am always shown the reason for the offer of any other service offered me, as well as the service performed. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and I am always pleased with the service I receive.

Our tech explained everything he was doing and was very knowledgeable. The manager even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if we had any questions.
