I came in monday morning to get my oil change and i wanted to shout out how sweet the service lady i got was however i was about too put a 4 star though the girl who i talked to was super sweet so i put a 5 but another worker with the name tag Jonathan was extremely rude and aggressive to her my whole visit there he was acting agitated and even i could see his bad attitude affecting the rest of the staff. The oil change itself was very fast but i had to wait a bit in line. But overall it all went well but i had my toddler with me and i didn’t appreciate the cussing that came out that workers mouth was yelling through the place it was very unprofessional i just hope that my next visit its not like that. The girl i was talking to was very respectful and professional and made the visit very pleasant. I didnt appreciate my service being interrupted by the other worker but I was told my last visit there would be new management soon i hope to see some improvement in the future.
Brandon, Scott, and Joshua were fabulous today! I had my oil changed, and after not having the best experience during my last visit, they completely redeemed the shop. The current staff is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was done right, which gave me peace of mind knowing I didn’t have anything to worry about. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you for turning my experience around—I will definitely be back!
This was my first experience Take 5. It was truly a great experience. I had an extra long wait on a very hot day. Both Jeremiah and Joshua came to my car to explain what was going on apologize and bring me cold water. The service was wonderful, as were both Jimmy & Jeremiah. They explained all services in advance & answered all of my questions. I was traveling the next day and after the service at Take 5 I felt safe getting on the road. I am very very satisfied. I will definitely return & will recommend Take 5 to others.
