Brandon, Scott, and Joshua were fabulous today! I had my oil changed, and after not having the best experience during my last visit, they completely redeemed the shop. The current staff is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was done right, which gave me peace of mind knowing I didn’t have anything to worry about. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you for turning my experience around—I will definitely be back!
This was my first experience Take 5. It was truly a great experience. I had an extra long wait on a very hot day. Both Jeremiah and Joshua came to my car to explain what was going on apologize and bring me cold water. The service was wonderful, as were both Jimmy & Jeremiah. They explained all services in advance & answered all of my questions. I was traveling the next day and after the service at Take 5 I felt safe getting on the road. I am very very satisfied. I will definitely return & will recommend Take 5 to others.
