I typically don’t take the time to leave reviews. However, my experience at this Take One was so exceptional, I’m taking the time to leave a review. Ernie, the new manager, was professional and friendly. He made sure my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. He showed me the filters that needed to be replaced so I could inspect the filters. Everything was done with my knowledge and approval. I was impressed with my service and will continue to use the Take One located in Hammond, LA
Yalllllllll, I wanna give a shout out to Mr. Roosevelt!!!! He was absolutely amazing and ready to lend a helping hand! He was so kind and so so helpful, professional and attentive. He’s definitely management material! They are also doing a fundraising campaign as well! Which take 5 is matching every donation…… with that being said go getcho oil changed and go to this location to support this awesome team. It is ten million degrees out here daily in Louisiana and they are working on cars in it! They deserve immense recognition! Thank yall so so much for being amazing! I’ll be back for sure.
I came in monday morning to get my oil change and i wanted to shout out how sweet the service lady i got was however i was about too put a 4 star though the girl who i talked to was super sweet so i put a 5 but another worker with the name tag Jonathan was extremely rude and aggressive to her my whole visit there he was acting agitated and even i could see his bad attitude affecting the rest of the staff. The oil change itself was very fast but i had to wait a bit in line. But overall it all went well but i had my toddler with me and i didn’t appreciate the cussing that came out that workers mouth was yelling through the place it was very unprofessional i just hope that my next visit its not like that. The girl i was talking to was very respectful and professional and made the visit very pleasant. I didnt appreciate my service being interrupted by the other worker but I was told my last visit there would be new management soon i hope to see some improvement in the future.
