I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Christian and Josh provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and easy. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was well taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive service from people who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Christian and Josh, for making my visit such a positive experience! Highly recommend!
This is the first time when I’ve gone to Take 5 and actually had an experience that didn’t leave me questioning things. Cody was the main person walking me through everything. He explained everything thoroughly, fixed my glove compartment that another Take 5 messed up, informed me about the 3,000 mile top off that has never been brought to my attention before at other Take 5 locations, and didn’t pressure me into buying anything extra (even if I needed it done). All of the other crew members were also kind and helpful as well. I will only be coming to this Take 5 from now on.
UPDATE: On May 3, 2026, around 9am. Gabriel ( beautiful eyes) and the other Grason employee( i think) ( I completely forgot the other guy name, sorry 😞 ) they both were very attentive. They explained in detail everything they were doing. They did my cabin air filter changed my windshield wipers, and my air filter. I could have gotten it cheaper and did it myself but i loved thier service . It was worth it for the smiles. They accepted my 25.00 off coupon als❤️. They gave me a free bottle of water and wished me a great day😀👑❤️🎉. I was in and out under 25 mins
