Hayden & Xen took care of us and we were blown away with how they clearly communicated & worked efficiently. They are phenomenal employees, and I would be proud to have them on my own staff. Hayden explained everything thoroughly and was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions with ease. We told Hayden that he should be in your business commercials with how he explained everything confidently and with enthusiasm. It’s hard to find employees that take pride in their jobs these days, but we feel that you should be honored to have them on your staff. I don’t write reviews often but they definitely deserved to be acknowledged. We appreciate the service we received & are extremely pleased to have found our “go to” service station!!
Had an amazing experience from start to finish. xen was super sweet and informed me of everything happening at this oil change. JJ highly recommended a new air filter, it's been recommended a few times and I never do it. But this time I did! I think it had to do with the way he presented it, not just like it was for a sale. It was DEFINITELY needed. Jalen checked for leaks after I said I had spots on my driveway and they were super awesome about it! This is my go to oil change and they always have good coupons online!!!
Zen was the absolute best! I recommend Take 5 to everyone, it’s the best price around, and the fact that they do it all right in front of you gives you peace of mind because of the transparency. I also love the safety checks that they do, and you can tell they take it seriously. Gotta respect a shop that makes safety the top priority. Go to Take 5! Especially the one in Hobart. I would ask for Zen, but I’m sure that all their staff are great as well. Very well run shop!
