They are super caring and fun and personable. Zack the manager was super nice and figured out my open bay issue, Ben was crazy funny and Hayden was caring and checked on me when I was in the lot parked off to the side not knowing if I needed help and didn't want me to get hit by a semi and gave me water. The overall service was top tier. Highly recommend this location. You'd be a fool not to come. Definitely will get serviced here again.
When I arrived at Take 5 Oil change, I was pleasantly greeted by the assistant manger at which time he presented me with an ice cold bottle of water and a candy bar. The place was tidy and the entire team was professional and efficient. The oil change and all of the perks that go along with it (checking tires, windshield solvent, etc.) took all of 15 minutes. I would highly recommend their services and I will definitely be using them again.
Hayden was so sweet ! As soon as I pulled in, I did not feel pressured at all to buy any extras. They were so kind and letting me know what I needed maintenance which I appreciated. Max even noticed my kids in the back and gave a little snack truly a great experience and will be returning
