I had an amazing experience at Take 5 with some incredible people. Ray and Damian were both great in taking care of me. Ray spent time answering all of the questions that I had, recommending services that I need and had exceptional customer service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and we were even offered snacks for my toddler. I would recommend him to anyone and would definitely give him a promotion to a higher position! Do yourself the favor and get your oil change here! I had come in with concerns about my vehicle & was blessed to be helped by the assistant manager Santiago. I was a bit of what people like to call a Karen and asked to speak to whoever was in charge. This young man helped ease my concerns and the team was fast and reliable. Again do your self the favor and get your oil change done here!

Oil change staff has always been fantastic. Let me know my rear tires were low and had a nail in one . Went right over to discount tire and actually had 7 nails combined in my rear tires. So my day started going down hill. Discount tires couldn’t patch tires but hooked me up with two new tires at no charge. They were all rockstars today and it’s been a good day so far . Even bought some lottery tickets. Thanks everyone

I stopped by this morning for an oil change. I was looking for somewhere quick and I'm so glad I decided to stop here. Sam was the one that first approached and was nice enough to hand me a bottle of cold water. He let me know of all the offered services but was not trying to push anything extra on me, although, I did end up buying a new cabin filter. Isabel was super efficient and clearly knows what she is doing. She changed my oil, filled my tires, and even re-secured my air filter cover simply because she noticed it needed it. She informed me of a small leak under my car but was very transparent on the severity and what I should look for in the future. Santiago preformed the safety check after they finished the service and I was out of there in no time. All around, very nice, professional people and will absolutely make this my new go-to spot for oil changes. The management of this location should be proud of the people running the daily operations here!
