Oil Change in Garden City, ID at 6543 N Glenwood St

Just visited Take 5 for the second time yesterday and felt the need to leave a review, both times ive visited to get my oil changed it was fast and easy. The staff is always friendly and I really appreciate that they check everything including history of repairs and things to make sure im up to date on caring for my car. The staff yesterday was great and triple checked everything including my tires after rotating them. Update: just visited again yesterday, all new staff but all were absolutely great. I was in and out of there with no delay. I appreciate that theres always a different female working there and all staff seem well experienced and knowledgeable.

Several days ago, my wife and I had our oil changed for my 2014 Ram 1500 at Take 5 Oil Change in Garden City, Idaho. Landin was our service tech, nice young man, working and taking classes online. Another tech (Josh) assisted him. No other vehicle was there, so there was no wait. We were on our way to the Boise airport, so we appreciated their quick service. This was a return trip to Quick 5, but first time for my truck. Everything about our visit was perfect. Landin gave us choices for our oil, and we selected the medium price oil. Landin scanned my truck info on the door panel to verify the correct oil. He saw my eligibility for veteran's discount, which I appreciated. They checked my air filter too. Before you drive out of the bay, they have you turn on the engine, and pull forward to insure there are no leaks. No leaks. Landin put a sticker on the inside of the driver's side window to remind us of the mileage for our return visit. Our visit took 10 minutes, at most. Thank you Landin and Josh and Take 5 Oil Change! Rode my bike to work today, not realizing there was a thunderstorm approaching, called and asked the dumb question. Me parking my bike into some shelter next door, and Josh on the phone was more than willing to help out. I know this wasn't for an oil change but I can’t thank him and the others enough for being more than willing to give me a spot to cover my bike from the weather. Coming from the Verizon next door lol!

Daniel, Josh and Aaron were phenomenal! I was tight on cash and the money I did have was for a family trip. My oil change light flashed on so we stopped by beforehand. They said I could get another 1500 miles or so out of it so I could hold off until i get paid. I know that doesnt seem like a big a deal, but the level of integrity these employees have was astonishing to me when they easily could've gotten $100 bucks out of me but instead recommended I wait. Thanks gentlemen and I'll definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Ali. From the moment I pulled in, he was professional, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain what was being done without overcomplicating anything, which I appreciated. What stood out most was the pride he takes in his work. You can tell he’s not just going through the motions—he’s intentional, detail-oriented, and makes sure the job is done right. On top of that, his customer service was solid—friendly, efficient, and no pressure. Overall, Ali made what’s usually a routine errand feel smooth and well-handled. Definitely the kind of employee any team would want representing their business.
