Julian was absolutely wonderful and diligent with service! He greeted me with a cold water bottle and a delightful smile And Attitude! Julian didn't have awful face piercings or visible tattoos, which seems rare nowadays, but I absolutely appreciate it! He provided great service and said I was early for oil change but I wanted it done anyways because the car is getting old. He also checked the tire pressures and added extra air and wasn't annoyed when I asked how low they were. I see him climbing up the corporate ladder with his friendly and go gett'em attitude! Such a pleasure to work with! Thank you for having wonderful employees...keeps me coming back even when it's early! Sincerely, Kathy Roy
Great experience! I went in on a whim because my skid plate was dragging, and I wanted to see if they would be able to secure it. When I drove up someone greeted me and gave me a bottle of water. I explained my situation and they got right to work. I believe the gentleman’s names that were helping me were Levi and Jullian, they were great! Keep up the great work, and great customer service!
Shea and Ian took care of me and my oil change this evening and absolutely killed it. Shea immediately waved to my car upon arrival and brought me a crispy ice cold bottle of water. Now i’m not a car girl myself at all, but Shea was so informative and let me know all that my car needed and gave me a $20 off coupon that doesn’t expire! I didn’t even have to get out my car and they had me in and out fairly quick. She also gave me a breakdown of my cost for today and what all of it meant since she could probably tell I didn’t know a single thing about my car lol. A warning even popped up on her screen and she called a coworker for some guidance to avoid damaging my vehicle. While Shea was giving me all of the info, Ian was going to work under the hood. Seriously a 100/10 experience I would definitely recommend everyone comes here for their oil change.
