Shea and Ian took care of me and my oil change this evening and absolutely killed it. Shea immediately waved to my car upon arrival and brought me a crispy ice cold bottle of water. Now i’m not a car girl myself at all, but Shea was so informative and let me know all that my car needed and gave me a $20 off coupon that doesn’t expire! I didn’t even have to get out my car and they had me in and out fairly quick. She also gave me a breakdown of my cost for today and what all of it meant since she could probably tell I didn’t know a single thing about my car lol. A warning even popped up on her screen and she called a coworker for some guidance to avoid damaging my vehicle. While Shea was giving me all of the info, Ian was going to work under the hood. Seriously a 100/10 experience I would definitely recommend everyone comes here for their oil change.
I came in this morning because my engine splash guard has been hanging down and scraping the ground for longer than I’d like to say and I was tired of getting looks while I was driving. I was lucky to be helped by the sweetest, kindest, most helpful team of guys with zero judgment. They removed it for me and even checked my car’s fluids and tire pressure for me. I’m so very thankful that I visited this morning! Thank you so much!! Give these guys a raise.
AWESOME visit! Colter, Jullian, Levi and the sweet girl with the black hair … I didn’t catch her name but they all were wonderful, respectful, explain and everything very well. It was nice to see them working as a team. I usually have questions but they explained so nicely that I got all the information I needed right away. Today was quick, prices are very reasonable, and service was excellent! It was my first time so I came back with my second car and I got the service done as well. Two cars in less than an hour trip! THANK YOU!
