I had a fantastic experience at this Take 5 Oil Change. I came in for an oil change before a road trip, and the team went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready. Myrrah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain the maintenance recommendations, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and even let me know about the free fluid top-offs and tire pressure checks between oil changes. During the inspection, they noticed my air intake boot was cracked. Instead of just pointing it out, they explained what it was, showed me the damage, and let me know it wasn’t an emergency but should be replaced. I was able to pick up the part, came back, and Aiden installed it for me the same day so I could leave on my trip with peace of mind. Mishante was excellent also. Team is in photo. I really appreciated how honest, patient, and helpful everyone was. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary repairs—they explained what was important, what could wait, and made sure I understood everything. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a team that genuinely cares about helping people. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!
There was some sort of leakage happening in the front of the car around 6pm yesterday. We called they attended the phone quickly without keeping us on hold in loops as we see in other service centres and asked us to visit as they are open till 7pm which is extra helpful because many of them are closed by 6pm. This was my first visit and I would really like to appreciate Kolten and Aidcn for their hospitality and checking the leakage in just 5-10mins and providing me all answers. They are really good people to trust your car with, I found my partners for car repair and anyone who are first time visitors please visit they are genuine and quick to repair. Thank you very much 🙂
