When I called, landon answered all my questions and assisted me with getting to the shop. When I got here everyone was attentive and answered my questions. When I asked for them to check the oil again, they were happy too to make sure I was taken care of. Kolton was knowledgeable and reassuring, he engaged with co workers to make sure I got the right price and right oil. I felt as though I was in good hands. When the Manager on duty didn't know something, she called her boss to make sure it was correct. Thank the team so much for a great experience. I will be back using that $25 off coupon for my next oil change. Myrrah informed me about the rideshare discount I wasn't aware of but will help my business greatly. Open till 7pm wich is great! Thank you again - Donna
This place was recommended to me by a friend. He told me “It’s ran by kids, but it’s great” lol. And yes, the crew was very young, but they were still on top of their game nonetheless. I only needed an oil change and definitely paid more than I anticipated, but I also felt like they were very thorough and offered more complimentary services than other places I’ve been to, which I appreciated. I especially have to give a shoutout to Mishante, who fixed my glove box! It hasn’t opened or closed correctly for a long time, even after having a few different “car guys” try to fix it over the years. She took care of it in a matter of minutes even though she absolutely didn’t have to, and I thought that was incredibly kind of her. With the economy, things are going to get more expensive, it is what it is. But I can tell this place has a good culture among its crew, and I’m also really happy to see a shop embracing female workers in an industry that’s still very male-dominated. Overall, I had a really good experience and appreciated how helpful everyone was.
The staff was very knowledgeable in their job. They were super efficient and very nice to speak with. Any questions I had were answered and if they didn’t know the answer they found someone who did. I came in from out of state and was very pleased at the customer service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone who visits Boise.
